From Bangkok we drive south to start our bicycle exploration of the Mae Klong Delta area at the biggest and most colourful floating market in Thailand. We then embark on a long-tail boat and cruise through a maze of canals before we start riding quiet back roads, stopping to visit a few quirky temples. Transfer in afternoon to Kanchanaburi.
Day 2
Visit the local sites - the war museum and cemetery and the famous Bridge Over the River Kwai -- then board the local train for a stunning ride on the Death Railway. Ride from Kraset caves to the ruins of Wat Prasat Muang Sing.
Day 3
Ride from the hotel on quiet country trails and finish our ride by crossing over a wooden suspension bridge, on our way to Sai Yok Noi Waterfall. Afternoon transfer to the former capital city of Siam, Ayutthaya.
Day 4
Visit the many remains of temples from the Ayutthaya Empire (1350-1767A.D.) then ride through the countryside on small back roads that follow the Chao Phraya river to Bang Pa In, the former summer palace of King Chulalongkorn.eath Railway. Ride from Kraset caves to the ruins of Wat Prasat Muang Sing.

Road Surface
A mix of asphalt roads, vehicle-width dirt roads. There is no technical riding so suitable for everyone.
Support
One or two 8-seat air-conditioned minibuses fitted with two-way radio and specially converted to take bikes and bikers.

Staff
Each tour is led by at least one local fully-trained SpiceRoads English speaking tour guide.
Accommodation
2 nights at a riverside hotel, Royal River Kwai Pung Waan. 1 night at KrungsiRiver hotel. Both hotels have en suite facilities and a/c and swimming pools. Both hotels have charm and local character.
Food
Full board from lunch on Day 1 to lunch on Day 4. Soft drinks, water and fruit are available all day while cycling.
