ITINERARY
Program: Half Day Course 4 Dishes
Pick up at hotel by English teacher & van to Nong Hoi local market, join shopping at market to buy fresh food for cooking
(chicken, prawns, meat ,fish and vegetables) about 40 mins.
09.50 : Transfer to Baan Hong Hual along Chiangmai –Lam Pang Rd. about 15 mins.
10.15 : Arrive at the school in Lanna Village , Teacher will explain about the place and
give the chef uniforms to students.
10.30 : Wash your hands and start first menu, Prepare ingredients, then teacher introduces seasoning & kitchen utensils, and see the teacher demonstrates
cooking technique. After that, students cook by themselves with teach assistance available.
Enjoy the food you just cooked!
11.00 : Cook 2nd dish about 30 mins
11.30 : Rest about 10 mins. A walk into the herb & fruit gardens (Longan ,
Lynches, Mango, Rose Apple, Guava, Jack Fruit)
12.00 : Cook 3rd & 4th dish. (Normally curry & Thai desert)
12.40 : Eat with steam rice , then serve Thai desert .
13.20 : Award cookbooks to students.
13.00 : Finish half day course. Transfer back to hotel.
